This is a brand new ladder built with 48cm pipe where most are built with 41 cm pipes. This is a great ladder for the homeowner or professional. Ideal for maintenance projects. Closes to a compact <36" for storage or transportation and extends to a full 12.5' in 1 ft increments. Durable enough for daily use with a weight capacity of 300 lbs.

When i needed a 12ft ladder to reach windows and light bulbs in my home i priced regular ladders first but i realized that i didn't really have enough space to store one indoors. The telescoping ladder is a great invention that is very useful for jobs in the home that are out of reach. This thing fits anywhere unextended and when extended is very sturdy and feels heavy duty.

Received this telescoping ladder just in time to use it to inspect my travel trailer roof. This unit is only incrementally more costly than other ladders reseached and has a higher load rating and is certified. It is easy to operate, after reading and studying the instructions, and much more stable than expected. Priced right, good design, easy to use and stores in little space. Wow, a great product and worth a few dollars more, especially for the RVer,apartment dweller, or anyone short on storage space.

The order and delivery process was completed without a hitch. Product quality is good. Is vulnerable to creating pinch points when collapsing for storage so be careful when performing this task. Had to use it while on vacation to fix our camper awning. Came in very handy. I am a big guy and it worked like expected. Well worth the investment.
